Amazon is a great source for gluten free products in bulk and they have a lot of specials. I don't mind searching through Amazon most of the times but sometimes when you are looking for gluten free items in a hurry or telling someone about different products. I made it simple here is my store front on Amazon with all gluten free products and books ! Shop with Amazon confidence, prices and reliability. Gluten-Free By The Bay: Lemon Ricotta-Almond Cake

I made this delicious cake yesterday. I made a double batch so I had to 8in rounds and did a layer cake and frosted with Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting. Yummm It didn't last long !

Glacier Park Area Restaurant Review & GF supplies

I have sent emails off to some and have not had a response. We have been avoiding going out to eat but have tried a couple places. I will add more places as we try them and more items from the places we have been. Montana Coffee Traders - both Kalispell & Columbia Falls so far. Omelets have been fine. They understand wheat allergy and a little about Celiac, so they will work with you. Cislo's Family Restaurant - Evergreen Omelets have been fine there also, and she understood wheat allergy. Qdoba Grill - Kalispell Naked Burritos They have an allergen directory on there web page. They are very similar to Chiptoles Red Caboose - Whitefish 24 hr diner They have a nice selection of Omelets and a wonderful Greek Fritatta. They serve generic ketchup and pepsi products but have a great home made lemon aide. The waitress understood and was helpful. Wendy's - Evergreen Baked Potatoes with sour cream and chives. For GF grocery's: Smith's Grocery carries some mixes, some frozen, Ener-G bread they are located in both Columbia Falls & a larger selection in Kalispell. They carry some Organic produce, milk. Super 1 Foods they only one that carries GF is the Whitefish store and it is well worth a stop See my post Gluten Free Heaven for more information.They also have a very good Organic dairy section, produce also. 3rd Street Market in Whitefish. They have a nice selection of Organic foods, GF foods and your all around mini health food store with some supplements. The owner has a wheat intolerance but not Celiac. Great selection of Exotic flowers. Sundrop they have 2 location. I usually go to the one close to me in Columbia Falls, the other is in Kalispell (Evergreen area) they have some produce, frozen bread, Glutino products. Off topic of GF, the best place to buy meat is Perfect Cut Meats in Columbia Falls, it is a great place for fresh beef, pork, elk, venison and buffalo. They smoke there own meats, ham, bacon, pork chops, turkey, so they have no nitrates and yucky stuff, only place that I will buy bacon from or ground beef. They do have a whole section of awarding winning sausages ie brats, beef sticks, pepperonis etc but I am not sure about them being gluten free I think there is some sort of gluten in there. They also usually have fresh frozen wild salmon & Halbut.
